===== Events =====
  * Participation can be overridden on a per-youth basis (e.g., one cub participated in a Camp's day-time activities, but didn't stay overnight)
  * A "Leaders' Notes" text field that is not visible by parents/youth
  * There is now a count of each event type under Troop/Pack Events

===== Startup =====
  * A number of small server calls have been consolidated into one larger call. This reduces the time to start, and reduces the chance of errors due to network failures.

===== Miscellaneous Usability =====
  * Created a "Synchronization" header under "Account" to track and enable/force synchronization
  * Added tooltips over ready-to-test, bookmarked requirements saying who/when they were marked by
  * Added tooltip over partially complete requirements (e.g., "80% complete")
  * Added tooltips over event icons wherever applicable
  * Youth names are shown under parent logins, so you don't have to drill down two levels just to see who's accessed by the login

===== Bug Fixes =====
  * Scout Workbook links were broken due to remote file name changes
  * Badges that were partially complete due to dependencies (e.g., scout lanyards) showed "Not Started" when they really should show "In Progress"
  * Placeholder text is now supported in Firefox 4, so there is no longer any need to compensate
