"History": This report provides a view of all badges/requirements that have been awarded (or revoked!) for either the entire section, or for specific youth, within a specific time period. Leaders have a section-wide view, whereas youth just have their personal view under their "Quick Links" | "My Reports"

"My Awarded Badges": This report (also found under "Quick Links" | "My Reports") is essentially the youth's view of the wall chart, grouped by date

===== Miscellaneous Enhancements =====
Tidied up the "Quick Links", and moved a couple of youth-specific reports into "My Reports"

===== Bug Fixes =====
  * "In Bulk Initialization" didn't let you click on tallies
  * Clicking on unneeded requirements in bulk editing provided no visual feedback that a change would occur
  * COLONY: fixed completion login in Promise Challenge #A4 and #C2.
