Tidied up the “Quick Links”, and moved a couple of youth-specific reports into “My Reports”

• “In Bulk Initialization” didn't let you click on tallies
• Clicking on unneeded requirements in bulk editing provided no visual feedback that a change would occur
• COLONY: fixed completion login in Promise Challenge #A4 and #C2.
